As a member of the Sales team, you will help customers experience our Global HR Platform, respond to inbound and outbound queries, and demonstrate how Remote can meet their employment needs.

What you bring
  • Proven business development success using core sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha)
  • Prior SDR experience at a B2B SaaS tech company
  • Strong negotiation, persuasive selling, and excellent communication skills
  • Strategic and tactical thinking with a positive attitude toward rejection
  • Strong sense of urgency, self‑starter, proactive with new ideas
  • Extremely self‑motivated work ethic
  • Demonstrated success in key responsibilities described below
  • Fluency in English
  • Remote work experience is a plus
Key responsibilities
  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and booking appointments for Account Executives
  • Communicate Remote’s value propositions and understand prospects’ needs
  • Support the Account Executive team as needed
  • Educate and develop prospects until hand‑off to sales teams
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Conduct cold calls to prospects generated from external sources
  • Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions

  • Reporting to: Manager, Outbound Sales Development
  • Location: EMEA
  • Start date: As soon as possible
Remote Compensation Philosophy

Remote’s Total Rewards philosophy ensures fair and competitive compensation and benefits worldwide. The On‑Target Earnings for this position range from $31,500 to $70,950 USD, with 70% base salary.
