Integrate the Full Year Review planning analysis for every channel segment and total company in cooperation with business planning team; Evaluate the process of gathering financial information, benchmark and conducting financial performance analysis for Sales MT, Sales GT and Marketing; Assess Value Chain analysis for any promotion program needed in cooperation with strategic planning department and technical function; Review and determine the process Sales and Marketing function, and post implementation reviews; Appraise the financial simulation and analysis to generate recommendation and report; and Formulate the financial information, report and NSR/NCM performance to provide accurate financial data for monthly and forecast report and create comprehensive report of budget and financial.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Integrate the Full Year Review planning analysis for every channel segment and total company in cooperation with business planning team, to provide accurate financial data for monthly and forecast report
• Evaluate the process of gathering financial information, benchmark and conducting financial performance analysis for Sales MT, Sales GT and Marketing to manage the revenue based on financial planning applied, to create comprehensive report of budget and financial
• Assess Value Chain analysis for any promotion program needed in cooperation with strategic planning department and technical function as well to deliver keen analysis, to assure the profitability of products
• Review and determine the process Sales and Marketing function, and post implementation reviews on planned strategies, to enhance profitability, cost effectiveness and provide key learnings into upcoming pricing strategies proposals
• Appraise the financial simulation and analysis to generate recommendation and report, to support and deliver high quality decision making in pricing strategies
• Formulate the financial information, report and NSR/NCM performance by business unit both for Board Director and stakeholder review for weekly and monthly management meeting, to deliver updated report of financial statement and stakeholder report

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. bachelor’s degree in economics or Business Administration area (major in accounting). Preferred to have Accounting certification (Chartered Accountant)
• Prefer min.3 years of working experience in Finance Department and Understanding on Commercial. Preferable from FMCG and/or Multinational company
