Job description

As a Junior Business Development at Ukirama, you’ll play a key role in connecting our ERP solutions with businesses that need them. You’ll identify potential leads, build relationships, and drive sales opportunities from the first message to presentation and deal closing.

We’re looking for someone resilient, target-driven, and confident in communicating with decision-makers. You’ll be the first touchpoint for many of our clients, so being personable, curious, and proactive will help you stand out.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and source new potential B2B leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking activities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, outreach, presentation/demo, negotiation, to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, consultant, and development) to understand and deliver on client needs.
  • Provide excellent pre-sales support and follow up on after-sales feedback.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations or product demos (alongside senior team members).
  • Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets.
  • Create regular sales and pipeline reports for management.
Requirements
  • 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Account Executive, Sales, or Telemarketing (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong research, communication, and prospect engagement skills.
  • Able to build rapport quickly and professionally.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and well-organized in driving results.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet or exceed targets.
  • Comfortable with a flexible schedule when needed to meet client needs or project deadlines.
  • Confident using digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, email marketing, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant tools.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Mandarin language skills are a big plus.
  • Prior experience in software, SaaS, or ERP solution sales would be an advantage.
  • Willing to work from office (WFO) - Central Jakarta (Sudirman).
