About Position

This role leads YCAB Foundation’s individual fundraising strategy, focusing on High Net‑Worth Individuals (HNWIs), corporate donors, digital platforms, and capital market innovations. The position is responsible for driving donor acquisition and retention, managing donor services and reporting, and overseeing fundraising performance. It requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and relationship‑building skills, a proven track record in fundraising, and the ability to manage cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop an innovative fundraising strategy for charity activation targeting HNWIs, employee engagement, digital platforms, and YCAB products in the capital market.
  • Donor Acquisition and Retention: Build strategic partnerships with HNWIs and corporates, lead acquisition of new HNWIs, corporates, giving platforms, and communities, and increase donor retention.
  • Donor Service and Accountability: Lead the implementation of donor service and provide accountable reports to donors in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring & Report: Produce individual fundraising performance reports and analysis.
Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, business development, partnerships, or donor relations—preferably in the nonprofit or social impact sector, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Proven track record of securing donations from HNWIs, corporate partners, and digital giving platforms.

Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to design and execute innovative fundraising initiatives.

Excellent interpersonal communication, networking, and ability to build and maintain high‑trust relationships with a diverse set of donors and stakeholders.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both.
