We are looking for a Team Lead Livestream to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and oversee livestream operations, develop strategies, train and coach hosts, and ensure every session delivers engagement and drives revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of daily livestream sessions, ensuring smooth operations and engaging viewer experiences.
• Work closely with the Livestream Executive and Hosts to develop strategies that drive conversions and achieve revenue targets.
• Deliver training programs covering product knowledge, hosting techniques, and performance coaching to support host development.
• Develop, refine, and update training materials based on company SOPs, research, and team needs.
• Plan host schedules and ensure livestream sessions run efficiently and according to plan.
• Transform livestream recordings into engaging video ads to expand audience reach and drive more traffic.
• Monitor and analyze livestream performance (views, engagement, and sales) to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on integrated campaigns that boost performance and brand presence.

Requirements:

• S1/D3 graduates in any major (must have completed their degree).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Livestream Host or in a related livestreaming role.
• Strong background in training, coaching, and developing sales and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
• Energetic, adaptable, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiar with livestreaming platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and OBS.
• Willing to work from office (WFO) in West Jakarta.
