We are seeking an experienced Trade Marketing professional to join our dynamic team at PT. PETOUR PETFOOD INDONESIA. As a Trade Marketing specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and visibility within the competitive pet food industry. This full‑time role is based in our Jakarta Utara office, where you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies.

• Develop and execute tailored trade marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales across key retail channels.
• Negotiate and manage trade promotional activities, including in‑store displays, point‑of‑sale materials, and joint marketing campaigns with trade partners.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimise trade marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience.
• Manage trade marketing budgets and track the performance of campaigns to measure return on investment.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management on trade marketing activities and their impact.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing or a related field within the consumer goods or retail industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies that drive sales and brand visibility.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with trade partners.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
