Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage an influencer affiliate program focused on driving e-commerce conversions.
  • Identify and recruit influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Shopee, etc.) who align with our brand and target audience.
  • Negotiate commission structures and affiliate terms tailored to influencer performance potential.
  • Provide influencers with affiliate tools (e.g., unique links, discount codes, assets) and support to maximize their sales impact.
  • Monitor individual influencer performance, optimize conversion rates, and manage ROI on a campaign and partner level.
  • Coordinate influencer content calendars with internal campaign timelines and product launches.
  • Ensure influencer content is compliant with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements (e.g., disclosure rules).
  • Regularly analyze campaign data and generate insights to improve program efficiency and guide future recruitment.
