In this role, you’ll transform ideas into tangible spaces. From crafting design concepts and preparing detailed drawings to collaborating with our build team on-site, you’ll play a key role in bringing our clients’ vision to life with the signature L&Co. touch: refined, thoughtful, and beautifully built.

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that align with the client’s vision and L&Co.’s design values.
• Prepare detailed drawings and coordinate design implementation with the project and construction team.
• Research and select materials, finishes, and furnishings with a strong sense of aesthetics and practicality.
• Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and accuracy throughout the design–build process.
• Support project progress from design development to site supervision when needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in an Interior Design company (Interior Design & Build company is a plus).
• Skilled in preparing detailed drawings and coordinating design ideas with the construction team.
• Good understanding of materials, detailing, and how to calculate quantities.
• Strong design taste, with sensitivity to proportion, color, and overall composition.
• Strong leadership skill with highly self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented personality, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to work in Klender, East Jakarta.
