We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales SPV to join our team at PT FLINT FOODS INDONESIA. As a Sales SPV, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales strategies and achieving our ambitious growth targets. This full-time position is based in North Jakarta Jakarta, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the company's success in a thriving and vibrant location.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Manage and coach a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet and exceed their sales targets
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Provide training and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the seasoning industry (E.g. Sukanda, Lasallefood, etc)
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in data analysis and using sales performance metrics to drive decision-making
• Knowledge of the sales industry and the competitive landscape
• University degree in a relevant field, such as Sales, Business, or Marketing
