Position :Chief Technology Officer (CTO), AI Specialization for Multi Business Company

Location: North Jakarta, Indonesia
Experience: 10 -15 years in Technology Leadership with AI expertise
Reports to: Group CEO / Board of Directors

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation to drive innovation across our manufacturing operations and diverse business portfolio. The ideal candidate will shape and execute a group-wide AI and technology strategy that enhances efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the AI and technology strategy across manufacturing and multi-business verticals.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to optimize production efficiency, supply chain, quality control, and predictive maintenance using AI.
• Develop AI-powered solutions for customer insights, finance, HR, logistics, and cross-business operations.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud adoption, and enterprise platforms across the group.
• Build and lead high-performing engineering, AI, and digital teams across multiple industries.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration between technology and business units.
• Identify and evaluate new AI-driven business opportunities, partnerships, and investments.
• Ensure compliance with AI ethics, industry standards, and data privacy regulations.
• Manage technology budgets and deliver measurable ROI on digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Both English & Hindi fluency is an advantage
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields (PhD preferred).
• 10 -15 years of leadership experience in technology, with proven expertise in AI, ML, and digital transformation.
• Strong track record of implementing AI solutions in manufacturing, industrial, or multi-sector environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Industry, IoT, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), big data ecosystems, and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-industry stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in multi-business or conglomerate environments is a strong advantage.
