Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
  • Execute the channel plan as scheduled, ensuring the timely implementation of channel operations.
  • Analyze and benchmark the actions and successes of competitors for each brand on various channels to generate ideas and assess performance.
  • Set standard prices, discount rates, and flash sale prices, and update banners, product detail pages (PDP), and landing pages.
  • Engage in daily customer relationship management (CRM) activities, including inbound and outbound chat on prime channels (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok, erhastore.co.id, and others) to maintain positive customer feedback and uphold the reputation of the channels.
  • Cultivate positive relationships and collaborations with both internal and external partners to meet operational and business goals.
  • Generate comprehensive daily and weekly reports, providing analyses, insights, summaries, and recommendations based on objective and substantial data to evaluate channel performance.
  • Manage and oversee marketing activities, especially live streaming processes, on the channels to ensure relevance and the effective delivery of content.
  • Administer and ensure the delivery of administrative tasks for channels according to service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain operational excellence.
Requirements
