We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for leading and delivering complex technology implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while achieving the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle for the client implementation from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define project objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and detailed project plans.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation for the implementation projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders, managing communication and expectations effectively.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional internal and client teams to ensure alignment and project momentum.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met to the required standard.
- Implement and oversee robust change management processes.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of hands‑on experience in IT project management, with a proven track record in software implementation projects.
- Proven expertise in project management, communication, and stakeholder management at a senior level.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing project teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and risk management skills.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
- Must have a strong IT technical background with hands‑on experience in software development, system architecture, or infrastructure engineering — not limited to traditional PMO duties, and able to lead technical discussions, evaluate trade‑offs, and make informed technical decisions.
- Exposure to LOS, LMS, Collection, KYC, AML, Anti‑Fraud, Regulatory Report, Datamart, Data Warehouse, Analytics, or other IT projects in financial industries is a plus.
- Minimum intermediate English proficiency (verbal and written) is highly preferred.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a strong plus.
