About the Role

As a Project & Program Manager at GoTo Financial (Lending), you will play a key role in driving cross‑functional initiatives across multiple product lines and platforms. You will own the end‑to‑end project life cycle – initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure – and will work closely with the Project & Program Management Office (PPMO) and key stakeholders including C‑suite leaders and other functions. If you are a process‑driven individual who enjoys challenges and putting structure to fast‑moving teams, this role is for you!

What You Will Do
  • Initiate, develop and own end‑to‑end program plans, including scoping, goal setting, prioritisation, deliverables identification, timeline management, risk mitigation, and resource utilisation for ongoing, upcoming phases, or new projects and program initiatives
  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. daily/weekly cadences) to monitor progress, highlight plan deviations, resolve issues, and propose corrective actions to remove implementation blockers for timely launch
  • Collaborate closely within the Project & Program Management Office team to ensure all cross‑product and cross‑platform initiatives are synergised at portfolio level
  • Act as a point of escalation for program initiatives’ issues, mediate issues, and ensure stakeholder expectations are met
  • Maintain clear and detailed project documentation for program governance and audit purposes
What You Will Need
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or equivalent. Preferably with experience in the financial/fintech industry, deep understanding of lending laws and regulations; knowledge of e‑commerce/on‑demand services is a plus
  • Experience in driving mid‑to‑large‑scale cross‑functional projects and/or programs, particularly in payment products (eWallet, QRIS, VA, payment gateway) and lending products (cash loan, buy‑now‑pay‑later, merchant financing, vehicle financing, etc.)
  • Experience with conventional and alternative financing models, strong understanding of regulatory and risk frameworks
  • Well‑versed in speaking and writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin is a plus
  • Comfortable working under pressure with strict implementation timelines and scope challenges
  • Detail‑oriented and results‑driven
  • Soft skills: stakeholder management (especially with senior leadership), strategic thinking with sharp business acumen, time management, and quality management
  • Hard skills: project/program management (CAPM/PMP/PgMP certification advantageous), process improvement (Six Sigma Green Belt certification advantageous), data analytics to prioritise initiatives based on impact and effort, working knowledge of Jira, Lark, and Google Suite

Our Project & Program Management team leads cross‑functional initiatives that span multiple product lines and platforms within GoTo Financial’s Lending organisation. We manage the full project life cycle – scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure – while ensuring clear timelines, prioritisation, and risk mitigation. The team works closely with C‑suite leaders, internal functions, and external stakeholders through regular cadences to track progress, resolve issues, and remove implementation blockers. We collaborate within the PPMO to ensure all cross‑product and cross‑platform programmes are aligned at the portfolio level. As a detail‑oriented and results‑driven unit, we uphold strong documentation practices to support project governance and audit requirements.
