Position: Distribution Development Supervisor

About The Role :

We are looking for a driven and analytical Distribution Development Supervisor to oversee regional trade program performance, develop strategic distribution models, and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure sustainable business growth.

What You Will Do?

  • Responsible for reviewing and analyzing the achievement of Subdistributors / Star Outlets, including realization and monitoring of national trade programs within the assigned regional area.
  • Define area development strategies, distribution channels, and models, and implement them in collaboration with brand teams, operational teams, Enseval (main distributor), and Subdistributors / Star Outlets.
  • Actively collaborate and maintain good relationships with brand teams, operational teams, main distributors, and Subdistributors / Star Outlets to ensure sustainable business operations.
  • Understand the sales process through E-Catalog and the end-to-end sales process to institutions or special channels.

What You Will Need?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Experienced in performance evaluation and performance planning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Skilled in delivering clear and effective presentations.
  • Proficient in data analysis and generating actionable insights.
  • Customer-focused with a solid understanding of business dynamics.
  • Strong sense of business acumen and market awareness.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office, East Jakarta, Pulomas.
