As our pipeline continues to grow, were looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to streamline and scale how we convert leads into qualified meetings. If you love optimizing funnels, automating workflows, and using data to drive continuous improvement, this role is made for you.

What You Will Do:
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation tools and their integration with CRM and related platforms.
  • Build automated workflows, behavior-based triggers, and lead scoring models to guide prospects through the funnel.
  • Segment and personalize campaigns to deliver relevant and timely communication to the right audience.
  • Monitor funnel performance (MQL-to-meeting, conversion, velocity) and turn insights into actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure automation strategies align with business goals and customer journeys.
  • In your first 90 days, assess the current funnel and implement improvements to increase lead-to-meeting efficiency.
What You Will Bring to The Role:
  • Strong foundation in marketing fundamentals and automation methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of the B2B SaaS funnel and customer lifecycle.
  • Skills in lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
  • Basic technical proficiency (HTML/CSS) and comfort troubleshooting workflow or integration issues.
  • Experience in SaaS is a strong plus.
