The Portfolio Revenue Analyst supports the Revenue for Hire team—including Property Revenue Managers, Senior Property Revenue Managers, and Regional Performance Directors—to drive revenue performance. • Assist hotel and portfolio revenue leads in developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and room night sales goals.
• Analyze historical and future room data; produce reports, forecasts, and commentary.
• Provide analytical support for revenue-generating departments (Sales & Marketing, Rooms, Catering, Food & Beverage).
• Track and establish pickup trends, occupancy history, and market segment development for forecasting.
• Prepare weekly and monthly hotel revenue meetings and portfolio revenue forums; handle ad hoc reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with Commercial Insight and Digital Marketing Analyst teams.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience:
  • 1–3 years in data analytics or revenue management preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel (including VBA), MS Access, and database applications.
  • Intermediate to advanced Tableau skills.
  • Ability to manage large and complex datasets.
