Basic Purpose: The Inventory Management Specialist carries out activities to comply with all applicable Company policies and GOI regulations, ensuring inventory management activities are completed on time and exceed business plan objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policy and GOI regulations.
  • Apply advanced knowledge in Inventory Management, Material Cataloging, and PPIC process.
  • Develop and implement Inventory Management processes and maintain optimal ROP‑Max settings.
  • Standardize and control material items, coding, and cataloging.
  • Maximize SAP system capabilities for inventory monitoring and replenishment.
  • Utilize existing inventory before purchasing new materials.
  • Implement physical cycle count program and manage discrepancies.
  • Review slow‑moving inventory and recommend write‑offs.
  • Capture value creation and implement lean sigma projects.
  • Develop blanket purchase agreements for stock materials.
  • Continuously improve processes and tools.
  • Lead material transfer processes.
  • Implement PRIP ISPM program for high reliability operations.

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a top‑tier university.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience with SAP Material Management module, Masterlist, and import/export regulations.
  • Professional qualification or certification, as required.
  • Proficient in written and oral English.

Role Purpose: Support Business Services operations through effective management of company assets, inventories, and cost‑related activities, ensuring compliance and optimization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepare and implement Work Program and Budget for Business Services.

  • Exposure to regulatory compliance frameworks and corporate governance.

Technical & Management Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good command of English communication skills.
  • Strong time management and project management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of asset and inventory management systems and reporting tools.

Preparing, creating, and providing data, dashboard, and insight for daily analysis (order fulfillment and sales planning data).

Order process (downloading & input purchase order).

Perform other ad hoc tasks or support activities to facilitate smooth operation of order fulfillment, sales planning, and related departments.

Job Requirement:

Good interpersonal skills to communicate with cross‑functional stakeholders and ability to drive/influence stakeholders.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain (S&OP) function; experience in MNC preferred.

Thorough knowledge of procurement and financial software applications.
