Job Description
  • Partner for credit stakeholders for Paylater and Cash Loan products, need to understand the product, customer, and market needs.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data related to loan repayments, delinquency, and customer behavior.
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor collections KPIs (e.g., delinquency rates, recovery performance, aging buckets).
  • Support campaign and experiment analysis, including A/B testing for collection strategies.
  • Collaborate with BI team members and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis for the Collections and Project teams.
  • Contribute to improving data processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2 years of professional experience in a data-related role (fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Python (for data analysis/modeling) is a strong plus.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
