MARKETING MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY

ZODIAC GROUP is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the branding and marketing direction of its newly established bar in Jalan Senopati. This is a senior role for someone with deep experience in lifestyle, nightlife, or hospitality marketing — someone who truly understands culture, community, visual identity, and how to craft brand moments that resonate.

The job is suited for someone who can create a strong brand presence, shape storytelling, and drive engagement both online and on the ground. The position requires a candidate who brings sharp creative instincts, structured planning, and a deep appreciation for details.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the full marketing strategy for the new Zodiac bar, from launch phase to ongoing operations
• Build a strong digital presence through social media, content direction, and community engagement
• Maintain a cohesive brand identity across visuals, communication, and in-space experience
• Plan and execute campaigns, events, programming, and promotional activities aligned with Zodiac’s brand DNA
• Lead collaborations with artists, creatives, brands, and media partners
• Provide creative direction for photo/video shoots and all visual asset development
• Monitor performance metrics, customer behavior, and trends to refine marketing strategy
• Work closely with Operations & Creative teams to ensure alignment between brand narrative and on-ground experience
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor/agency coordination

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as Marketing Manager in nightlife, lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, or creative industries
• Has worked at an established lifestyle or hospitality group with strong brand standards
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, storytelling, content creation, and culture-driven branding
• Strong creative direction and sensitivity to design, visuals, and cultural trends
• Excellent team leadership and people management skills; knows how to motivate and guide a marketing team
• Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret data and turn it into actionable strategy
