As a Senior Manager of User Engagement at Gojek, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving active user growth through both performance marketing and CRM levers. You’ll be responsible for optimizing active user metrics and cost per active user, helping us deepen engagement and maximize retention efficiency across key business verticals. This role works closely with the Performance Marketing, CRM, and Product Growth teams to shape data‑backed strategies that accelerate user activity and retention within the Gojek app.
The User Engagement team at Gojek focuses on driving active user growth and retention across key business verticals. The team manages performance marketing and CRM initiatives end‑to‑end, optimizing user engagement metrics and cost per active user (CPAU). Working closely with Product, BI, and Marketing, the team analyzes activation and reactivation trends to identify and test growth opportunities, leading efforts in campaign consolidation, audience segmentation, and growth loop design to improve engagement consistency. With a strong emphasis on data‑driven decision‑making, the team builds frameworks and dashboards to monitor engagement health across all user lifecycle stages.
