About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Revenue Manager to join our team at PT. MAZARI PROPERTIES GROUP. The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing revenue, profitability, and market share for the property by developing and implementing effective pricing, distribution, and inventory strategies. This role analyzes market trends, forecasts demand, and collaborates with the sales and marketing team to optimize overall business performance.

Responsibilities
  1. Analysing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to develop and implement effective revenue management strategies
  2. Setting and adjusting room rates, package prices, and other product offerings to maximise revenue and profitability
  3. Collaborating with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive revenue management approach
  4. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions
  5. Proactively identifying new revenue opportunities and implementing innovative strategies to capitalise on them
  6. Providing expert guidance and training to the revenue management team to enhance their skills and knowledge
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a revenue management or a closely related role, ideally within the Hospitaliti & Pariwisata industry
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  4. A strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalise on revenue growth opportunities
  5. Proficiency in revenue management software and tools, such as rate management systems and forecasting models
  6. A degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred
