Job summary

A leading logistics company in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee the entire supply chain process, manage inventory, coordinate transportation routes, and supervise warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in logistics, strong leadership skills, and expertise in F&B or FMCG sectors. This is a full-time role based at the Head Office in Fatmawati, South Jakarta.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of working experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in F&B industry or FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes, transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire supply chain process from sourcing to delivery.

Job description

Overseeing the entire supply chain process, from sourcing and procurement to delivery and returns.

Managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels, tracking stock, and optimizing storage space.

Coordinating and optimizing transportation routes, selecting carriers, and negotiating rates.

Managing warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods, and ensuring efficient warehouse layout and operations.

Managing logistics budgets, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.

Supervising and leading a team of logistics specialists, providing guidance and training.

Evaluating logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.

Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders.

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Addressing and resolving logistics-related issues and challenges.

Preparing reports on logistics operations, analyzing data, and providing insights to management.

Requirements
