A community health service provider in Woking seeks a Band 5 Speech & Language Therapist to manage a general caseload of children with varied needs. The role includes providing support to children and families, developing therapy plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree and possess strong communication skills. Ongoing professional development opportunities are available, along with competitive pay and benefits.
OurBand 5 Speech & Language Therapistsare part of the Paediatric Therapy team and will manage a general caseload of children with a range of varied and complex needs while accessing appropriate support and supervision. Newly qualified practitioners will work towards autonomous practise with formal supervision from their line manager.
OurBand 5 Speech & Language Therapistswill devise child centred therapy plans using evidence based practice to ensure that the individuals full potential is developed or maintained.
The post holder will be based at a site within their local quadrant of Surrey. This could be an admin base or a clinical base. Admin bases are located in Woking, Guildford, Chertsey, Epsom and Redhill.
