What You’ll Do

As a Global People & Culture Policy Specialist, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Global Policy Expertise: Proven experience developing and managing HR policies across multiple regions, with a strong grasp of international Colleague Relations and Industrial Relations laws.
  • Strategic & Cultural Awareness: Ability to balance global consistency with local adaptation, ensuring policies meet legal requirements and reflect cultural nuances.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Skilled in partnering with COEs, country P&C leaders, legal, compliance, and L&D teams to ensure effective policy development, communication, and implementation.
  • Governance & Compliance Focus: Experience creating and operationalising policy governance frameworks, maintaining version control, and ensuring alignment with legal standards including GDPR and EHS.
  • Values-Driven Approach: Commitment to embedding Primark’s Values, Behaviours, and Diversity & Inclusion agenda into all policy work.
  • Analytical & Advisory Skills: Strong capability in benchmarking, data analysis, and providing expert advice on policy issues, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
What You’ll Bring
