Job summary
A leading grocery retailer in Nuneaton seeks an experienced team leader to manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include motivating the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a knack for managing KPIs. This role offers a salary between £36,000 and £44,000 per annum along with competitive holidays and benefits.
