A leading art education service in Newcastle is seeking a Club Manager to oversee studio operations, teach engaging art classes, and mentor a team. The ideal candidate will hold an art degree and have experience working with children. This full-time position offers a salary of £25,450 - £31,335.21 per annum, with numerous benefits including mental health support and opportunities for professional development.
art-K is the UK’s largest private art education service, delivering fun, skill-based classes to over 7,500 children each week. Our programme helps develop artistic skills, build confidence, and support mental well-being through inspiring projects taught by passionate educators.
At our Newcastle branch, the Club Manager is responsible for running the studio, with time split across teaching (50%), class preparation (25%), and administration and promotion (25%). Full training is provided in our teaching methods, with ongoing support from our central team and a national network of art teachers.
Salary: £25450.00 - £31335.21 per annum. Fixed salary weighted based on experience, which will increase as the studio grows. Promotional opportunities are available every term.
Start of the Role: 05/01/2026. Please note that we will only consider candidates who are available to work the full schedule and are able to start on the specified start date.
Sick Pay: Following probation, enhanced sick pay policy; 3 weeks full pay in any 12 month period.
