A leading kitchenware company is seeking a full-time employee for a position in Bicester. The role involves assisting management in store operations, supervising staff, and managing inventory. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and ensure compliance with all operational protocols.
Please be advised that this is a full time position, working 37.5hrs/5 days, Monday to Sunday. Keyholder duties are included.
Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Manager in the smooth running of the store in order to achieve sales and cost targets. Supervising employees, managing inventory and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
