Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by managing check-in and switchboard operations in line with our security and GDPR requirements.
  • Use reception tools to coordinate, guide, and support guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable visitor experience from arrival to departure.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area, completing regular checks and partnering with service teams to uphold a consistent five-star standard.
  • Foster strong working relationships across departments, embracing a collaborative One Team approach and providing support where needed.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and the visitor experience, escalating issues appropriately and contributing to a culture of excellence.
