Foundation and Alumnae Office Administrator

Wycombe Abbey seeks to appoint a Foundation and Alumnae Office Administrator to support the smooth daily running of administration processes for the Development and Seniors Office. The role responsibilities will include managing all CRM data entry activity, CRM (Raiser's Edge), database reporting and all office administration.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.

Contract: This a full-time, permanent contract. The first six months will be a probationary period.

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year. Hours include a one-hour unpaid lunch break each day.

This is a whole-school role, and a flexible attitude to working hours is needed, as you will be required to work ‘out of hours’ from time to time.

Salary: £26,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
