A leading food delivery platform is looking for a Merchant Operations professional in London. This role focuses on enhancing merchant experience, driving product launches, and optimizing operations through effective collaboration with multiple teams. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in strategy or operations and possess strong project management skills. This position offers a dynamic environment and opportunities for impactful contributions.
Uber Eats is looking to grow the Merchant Operations team in the UK. The mission of the Operations team is simple: make Uber Eats the preferred delivery platform for merchants, couriers and eaters in all cities and towns we operate across the region.
With this role within the Merchant Operations team, your core mission will be to champion our merchant partners. You'll dive deep into their entire journey - from the moment an order pings on their tablet, to the food preparation, all the way to the customer's feedback. You will not only streamline and improve critical operations for Uber Eats merchants; but also shape the roadmap of future merchant product solutions. With a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our merchant processes, you will drive initiatives aimed at optimising merchant experience and operational excellence across the merchant base. This role will require you to drive product launches, structure experiments and manage an ever-changing product suite.
This is not a one-person task, though, and to achieve success, you will collaborate with other local and regional operations teams, product, legal, and, most importantly, with our commercial teams, who represent the needs and wants of our Merchant Partners.
