An established NGO based in Birmingham is looking for an Executive Operations Partner to support the Managing Director. The role includes administrative and operational coordination, ensuring the Academy runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will hold a degree-level qualification, have strong communication and analytical skills, and possess proven experience managing executive-level responsibilities. A hybrid work model is offered, and the organization values commitment to its mission in humanitarian development.
Salary: £40,844 per annum

Originating from a global NGO serving humanity for over 40 years, they initially supported the IR Family but now strive to develop the wider NGO sector. They envision themselves as a hub for humanitarian and development studies, training future leaders, undertaking applied research, and advocating for effective aid and development from an Islamic perspective.
