LOCATION: Based in Belfast with some Hybrid working
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: c.£50,000pa, depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

Finance Business Analysts (FBAs) support the BBC in delivering best value from the licence fee within each business area. FBAs focus on forward looking, large scale and/or high-impact commercial and investment decisions, and support effective financial planning within their area. They work alongside Finance Business Partners delivering financial and business analysis to help solve key business problems, progress local initiatives answer business questions and influence business decisions.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Nations Finance team within BBC Public Service and will work across both Northern Ireland and Nations\' business Operations. Work will include supporting the drafting of business cases and their implementation, monitoring delivery of financial benefits for the whole division alongside data driven analysis and insight as required, working with the business to develop investment cases (often in TV), identifying and implementing process improvements, and supporting business reporting. The role will report directly into the Senior Finance Business Partner.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

A professional accounting qualification ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification or part qualification would be of significant benefit.
