A leading hotel chain in Wembley is seeking a Front Office team member to create memorable experiences for guests. The role requires exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude. You will welcome guests, provide information about the hotel, and ensure excellent service during their stay. You will join the Front Office team, working in the Reception area of the hotel.
You enjoy creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring the warmest welcome, demonstrating exceptional levels of customer service and great knowledge of all room categories and hotel facilities.
