Cover Supervisor

A Cover Supervisor is needed in a Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in South West London.

This Cover Supervisor role can be part or full time.

Working hours for this Cover Supervisor position will be 8am to 4pm.

As a Cover Supervisor you will be expected to cover different subject classes for KS3 to KS4 lessons.

General responsibilities will include but not be limited to; properly managing behaviour of pupils, efficiently setting up lessons for pupils and effectively working as part of a team.

The rates of pay for this Cover Supervisor position will be between £90 and £130 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

The School

An 'Outstanding' Secondary School & Sixth Form in the London Borough of Merton.

It is a mixed, 11 - 18, non-selective school with a wide demographic of pupils and staff.

90% of students stay in education or employment after Key Stage 4.

The site has its own dedicated SEN Support Centre and a variety of sports facilities.

Ofsted have noted there is positive culture of learning and a strong sense of community.

Requirements

Applications are welcome if you are a recent Graduate or experienced Cover Supervisor.

You are also welcome to apply if you are a British trained Cover Supervisor or overseas trained Cover Supervisor.

All applicants must have the following in order to be considered for this position as a Cover Supervisor:

• Right to work in the UK
• Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
• UK Bachelor's Degree or overseas equivalent
• Experience as a Cover Supervisor in UK schools
