A recruitment agency in Reading is seeking a Junior Account Manager to develop client relationships and manage recruitment processes. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional service delivery while supporting the Senior Manager. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. The role requires a proactive approach and may involve out-of-hours support.
Job Title: Junior Account Manager
Reports to: Senior Manager
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (participation in out-of-hours phone rota required)
The Junior Account Manager plays a key role in maintaining and developing client relationships, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting partnerships with clients and candidates alike. The successful candidate will support the Senior Manager in driving business growth and operational excellence.
