Join Our Client's Team as an Administrative Assistant
Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a flair for multitasking? We’re looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support a busy legal team based in Glasgow.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment, where your contribution will play a key part in the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing essential administrative support to legal teams
Accurately copy typing legal documents and correspondence
Maintaining files, managing incoming/outgoing correspondence, and updating case management systems
Assisting in drafting legal documents, including court submissions
Handling client calls and queries with professionalism and discretion
Supporting with diary management, scheduling, and office logistics
Assisting with document delivery, scanning, and general office tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational ability
Confidence using Microsoft Office and case management software
A proactive, team-oriented attitude
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Previous experience in a legal or administrative setting is advantageous
Knowledge of Court of Session and ASPIC processes would be a bonus
