The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leadership teams to shape and implement HR plans that align with overall group strategy. This is a highly visible and varied role requiring confidence, credibility, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management, influencing and supporting people decisions.
- Developing and implementing site-specific HR and people plans that drive performance and engagement.
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to succession planning and talent development.
