A leading recruitment agency is seeking a self-motivated Sales Executive in Chichester. This office-based role involves managing a geographical territory in the UK, maximizing sales opportunities, and developing key accounts. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B telesales, excellent communication skills, and commercial awareness. Manpower are supporting our highly reputable client in their search for a sales executive to join their established team in Chichester. This is an office-based role requiring a self-motivated and resilient individual to take responsibility for a geographical territory in the UK. Strong influencing and persuasive skills are required along with commercial awareness and the ability to cross-sell multiple product lines based on an understanding of the end user application. The ability to close and deliver sales is a paramount requirement.
Working hours are on a two-shift basis (on-site) which rotates weekly, to ensure the best service for our customers. Shift times are:
Week 1: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30
Week 2: Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:30. Every Friday 08:00 to 16:30 (Daily breaks are 2 x 15 minutes and 1 x 50 minutes).
