At Kimpton Fitzroy London we are looking for a RestaurantSupervisor to join us in Fitz’s Brasserie within our luxury hotel in Central London

Located in the heart of Kimpton Fitzroy London, Fitz’s Russell Sq. features three opulent spaces with unique personalities. Fitz’s Brasserie, a sophisticated eatery serving classic British dishes elevated from modern palates, and Fitz’s Bar & Parlour, a glamorous drinking dean and all-day parlour. Here guests can dine on quintessentially British cuisine, sip finely crafted cocktails and savour a late-night tipple (or two). Here local foodies and intrepid travellers alike gather to create memorable tales.

As ourRestaurant Supervisor, we will support you to:

• Make it count – you matter, and we will provide you with all the tools you need in order to create ridiculously personalised experiences for our guests every day!

Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to lead from the front? We’re looking for a confident Restaurant Supervisor to inspire our team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and keep our service running smoothly every shift.

What you’ll do:

• Take ownership of the guest journey, ensuring every visit is memorable
• Lead by example on the floor, supporting and developing team members
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with confidence and professionalism
• Manage shift duties including cashing up, stock control, and VIP hosting
• Ensure high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and compliance
• Promote upselling, offers, and key business drivers

About you:

• Experience in a food & beverage service role
• A natural team leader with a passion for guest service
• Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Flexible, positive, and eager to develop yourself and others
