Job summary
A leading construction development company based in England seeks an experienced professional to manage client relationships and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities include growing the client base and supporting contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client management and possess strong mentoring skills. This full-time position offers a salary ranging from £44,000 to £45,000 yearly.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries.
- Report on business performance and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Develop strategies to grow the client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and escalations.
- Identify opportunities to provide additional services to clients to enhance revenue streams.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the company’s client base and increase profitability.
- Support tender submissions, bids, and contract negotiations with clients.
- Advise senior management on opportunities for operational improvement and cost efficiencies.
- Collaborate with project managers, site managers, and finance teams to align operations with client expectations.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff where appropriate.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and professional conduct across the team.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and statutory regulations.
- Report on business performance and client satisfaction metrics to senior management.
