An educational institution in Thundersley seeks a dedicated football coach to support the USP Storm Football Academy. This role focuses on delivering high-quality coaching to student-athletes aged 16-19, fostering participation, and building community links. Ideal candidates should possess at least a FA Level 1 Coaching Qualification and have experience within a Football Academy or college environment. This position offers the chance to contribute to youth development and collaboration with local clubs.
You will play a key role in supporting and delivering high-quality coaching and development for male and female student‑athletes aged 16‑19, while also contributing to the expansion and sustainability of the USP Storm Football Academy programme. Working closely with the Storm Coordinator, you will help strengthen player pathways, develop competitive opportunities, and engage local communities and schools. Main Purpose of the Role: To support the delivery and growth of the USP Storm Football Academy, coaching and developing players across USP College and within the wider community. You’ll play a key role in building pathways for both male and female players, strengthening links with local clubs and organisations, and ensuring the Football Academy continues to thrive.

You’ll be an enthusiastic and dedicated football coach with a passion for developing young people both on and off the pitch.
