A leading consulting firm is looking for a candidate with experience in aerospace manufacturing to define training strategies for SAP deployments in Manchester. The role involves creating training materials, coaching users, and supporting business development initiatives. Strong change management skills are essential to guide teams through new processes. In this role you will play a key role in:

Industry know-how: You’ll need experience in aerospace manufacturing.
SAP familiarity: Understanding of SAP’s Production Planning and Materials Management processes.
Change management skills: Able to guide teams through new ways of working, deliver training, and communicate clearly.
You will be part of an industry focused team of like‑minded people who are passionate about the aerospace and defence industry, expert in understanding it’s challenges and curious about the technology that that can support change and transformation.

Whilst you will have Manchester as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods time away from home at short notice.
