We will provide you with an existing client bank, however we are looking for an individual who enjoys building professional networks and is able to grow a strong and profitable portfolio of clients. • Studying towards the relevant CII qualifications and preferably the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
• A minimum of 2 years experience within an Employee Benefits Adviser/Consultant role
• Experienced at delivering compliant, tailored solutions to a range of corporate clients
• A track record of winning new clients
• Self-disciplined and focused with the resilience, motivation and tenacity to respond to challenges in a positive way
• Motivated to understand and engage with Succession's corporate objectives and cultural values
• An effective team player and leader and able to recognise the value of support teams in delivering great client outcomes
• Knowledgeable regarding the UK regulatory system, particularly those aspects relevant to Financial Services
• Committed to your own professional development and regularly undertaking CPD and keeping up to date with industry issues and developments
