This role involves providing expert advice and support to a diverse range of clients while building a strong portfolio. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years in a client-facing advisory role and be knowledgeable about the UK regulatory framework. Our specialist Employee Benefit Solutions division provides employee benefits advice, consultancy, and support to clients of all types and sizes, from workplace pensions and group risk to staff communications, supporting our clients in meeting both their regulatory and employee obligations and creating tailored employee benefits solutions., This is an opportunity for an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join our highly regarded Corporate team. We will provide you with an existing client bank, however we are looking for an individual who enjoys building professional networks and is able to grow a strong and profitable portfolio of clients. We appreciate the importance of a happy workforce, and our agile and flexible working policies support our colleagues in enjoying a great work / life balance, meaning that you can carry out your role whilst being linked to a local office and part of a close-knit team.
