A leading educational organization in Chipping Barnet is seeking an Operations and Outreach Manager for a full-time office-based role. You will be responsible for managing programs aimed at supporting hard-to-reach NEET young people, ensuring high-quality delivery with education providers and external employers. The role involves leading a small team, managing budgets, and designing engaging educational programs. This position emphasizes partnership-building and accountability to achieve sustainable outcomes for learners.
Salary: £210/Day

The Operations Manager role has been introduced to secure greater accountability and to ensure that teams deliver high quality programmes ensuring the young people get swift and personalised interventions to secure sustainable outcomes. The post holder will work with a range of education providers such as schools, FE colleges, training providers and community organisations. The Operations Manager will work diligently to create opportunities that add value and enhance the current Post 16 provision in a range of settings and ensure that all elements of the programmes are compliant and in place to include work experience, placements, apprenticeships etc. A key focus of this role is to work in partnership with external employers and providers and develop further the teams outreach capabilities.
This post holder will hold a small case load of hard‑to‑reach NEET young people. This will be a full‑time office‑based role.
