A leading insurance company in the UK is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure compliance with pricing regulations. The role includes investigating pricing issues and managing live pricing processes. The ideal candidate has experience in the insurance sector and strong communication skills. It's an exciting time in our Pricing & Analytics department. Our transformation programme has recently been relaunched, aligned to AXA Retail's new Pricing & Analytics strategy. AXA are investing a lot in growing our department in size and capability across our IT systems, analytical toolset and learning and development. We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to support the Quality Assurance Manager with ensuring that our live pricing is deployed correctly and compliant with all regulations. Additionally, the role will involve investigating prices for individual cases where queries have been raised either internally, by a complaint or to support FOS requests. Where errors are confirmed, the role will include supporting an effective customer remediation programme.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
