A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Scotland. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with clients across various sectors, leading tenders and ensuring high-quality submissions. The ideal candidate has a proven sales background and excellent communication skills. This position requires regular travel across Scotland, with a combination of remote work and office attendance in Edinburgh.

Team: Part of a supportive, collaborative UK-wide sales team
Salary: £42,000 basic + £27,000 OTE bonus
Package: Company car, 25 days holiday, pension
Due to continued business growth, this is a newly created role within the company. We're looking for a personable and proactive Sales Executive to join our dynamic UK-wide team. Covering a territory in Scotland, you'll be on the road three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home or use our Edinburgh office for the remaining two days.
This is not a hard sales role-our internal teams generate leads and support your outreach, allowing you to focus on building relationships and delivering tailored solutions. Full training will be provided on our systems, and we ask that you're available to travel to our Kettering office every two weeks for the first two months.
