A leading global food company in the UK is seeking a Reward & Share Plan Manager to manage its All-Employee Share Plan and executive incentive schemes across 49 countries. The role requires expertise in share plan administration, international tax, and strong relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate brings experience in process management and communication for diverse audiences. This remote role includes occasional travel to Ireland and offers a collaborative work environment.
At Kerry, we have an exciting opportunity for a Reward & Share Plan Manager to join our Global HR Centre of Expertise, specialising in share plans and long‑term incentives.
Reporting to the Director of Executive Reward, this is a high‑impact role leading the global management of Kerry's All‑Employee Share Plan live in 49 countries and covering 99.5% of our workforce, as well as executive long‑term incentive schemes.
Please note this is a remote role with occasional travel to Ireland required.
