HCA Healthcare Hospitals London
Bank
Monday to Friday, Occasional Saturdays.
We are looking for experienced Surgical Care Practitioners to join our Theatres Department at our HCA Healthcare Hospitals in London.
At HCA UK, we’re incredibly proud of our team culture. It’s this sense of connection and collaboration that allows us to deliver exceptional outcomes for our patients. We know that no hospital team is complete without the vital support of its bank staff, and now we’re looking for people to be part of our growing team.
As part of our Bank, you’ll have the first refusal ahead of agencies on a range of shifts across our network of leading private hospitals, all rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ by the CQC. It’s a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to one of the UK’s leading private healthcare providers while retaining flexibility over when and where you work. You will work alongside leading consultants and expert colleagues and be recognized for the vital role you play within our team.
Above all else, we’re committed to the care and improvement of human life. This guiding vision influences everything we do at HCA UK. From the CEO to the colleagues on the floor, we all have a part to play in delivering exceptional care to our patients. To others, this may just be a Bank role, but to us, you’re a valued member of our team, a team that improves lives daily.
Founded over 50 years ago by Dr. Thomas Frist, HCA has become one of the world’s leading healthcare providers. In the UK, we’re one of the largest providers of privately funded healthcare, investing over £500 million in the latest treatments, technology, techniques, medication, and facilities. Being part of a large multisite, established healthcare group, we offer the chance to broaden your clinical knowledge and enjoy a healthy work environment with exceptional clinician-to-patient ratios, giving you more time to care.
At HCA UK, we believe exceptional care starts with our people. We celebrate the unique perspectives and experiences each of us brings, knowing that when you feel seen, heard, and supported, you can perform at your best for our patients and each other.
Our mission is simple: we’re committed to the care and improvement of human life. This extends to both our patients and colleagues.
We believe everyone should feel comfortable to bring their full self to work and be afforded the same opportunities. As a Disability Confident organization, we’re happy to discuss flexible working arrangements and offer reasonable adjustments throughout our recruitment process and in the workplace to support those who need them.
