I am looking for a Customer Support Representative to join the Shropshire depot, covering the West Midlands and South West. You will:
- Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
- Provide aftersales support including machine set up, optimisation, and operator training.
- Promote products, services, and digital solutions to help customers improve efficiency.
- Work closely with Parts, Service, and Sales teams to deliver customer focused solutions.
- Experience in farm management, agronomy, or agricultural engineering (potato industry knowledge a bonus).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable with Word, Excel, and agricultural machinery.
- UK driving licence (with trailer towing).
- Willingness to work flexibly and occasionally carry out light lifting.
