Overview

We seek a visionary Director - Enterprise Architect to join the CTO Office, shaping cross-portfolio solutions that combine AI, CX, Cybersecurity, Digital skilling technologies. You'll architect scalable, standardized solutions for global clients, govern complex deals, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical strategies. You will be able to evangelise the technical solution value to our customers, and articulate how the right mix of technology will allow them to achieve their business objectives and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Solution Design & Governance

• Lead architectural reviews of high-value deals, identifying technical risks and mitigation strategies.
• Design multi-product solutions integrating TeKnowledge's portfolio (AI, CX, Cybersecurity, Digital Skilling and Tech Managed Services).
• Develop standard design patterns for all solution / portfolio offers. The reusable design blueprints will form the basis of the 70/30 Solution Hub approach where solutions should conform to 70% standard design with a maximum of 30% customisation. This approach is critical in ensuring that we conduct repeatable business which reduces risk and accelerators to streamline delivery and rapid time to value for customers.

Customer Engagement

• Present technical solutions to C-suite clients, demonstrating ROI and alignment with their goals.
• Collaborate with sales teams to scope complex opportunities and craft compelling proposals.

Portfolio Innovation

• Foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking within the CTO, Sales and Pre-sales Teams. React swiftly to changes in the business environment and implement solutions that support the company's growth and agility.
• Identify synergies between TeKnowledge's offerings (e.g., Microsoft Copilot + AI-First CX +Cybersecurity) to create differentiated solutions.
• Partner with product/solution teams to refine offerings based on market feedback.

Operational Excellence

• Define best practices for solution architecture, ensuring compliance with, security and scalability standards.
• Mentor delivery teams on architectural frameworks and emerging tech adoption.

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement the Architecture strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Provide visionary leadership to drive technological innovation and digital transformation

Microsoft Expertise

• Utilize knowledge and experience in Azure, MS D365 to support the CTO Office provide architectural leadership and assist the CRO organization with product and solution offers.

AI Expertise

• Advise and drive the implementation of new technologies, particularly in the field of AI, to ensure we are a best in class example to our customers of being an AI enabled company.

Security and Compliance

• Have an appreciation of IT security and compliance across the CTO, Sales, Product and portfolio organization for the solutions we are selling and managing for our customers.

Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with external IT vendors, contractors, and service providers. Collaborate with Legal and Procurement to negotiate contracts and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop the CTO team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture that supports a business enablement and customer first mindset. Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the market and company's needs.

Qualifications

Skills

• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies
• Working knowledge of designing solutions that include Networks (Voice and Data), Hyperscaler environments (Azure, AWS , GCP), Micro services, Business applications, Resilience, DR, Business Continuity, Security and how all these elements need to be considered when designing an e2e solution
• Understand what is involved for OnPrem / Private Cloud workload migration to Cloud environments or Hybrid cloud environments
• Experience of working with Large Enterprise customers
• Proficiency in AI/ML, Cybersecurity frameworks, CX platforms, and Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, D365)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with C-level executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders
• Commercial appreciation of being able to articulate the commercial benefits of using cloud based applications to customers
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Experience with cloud computing, Data Centre and virtualization technologies
• Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Security policies/processes and solutions
• Experience in government, travel, healthcare, Banking & finance, or manufacturing industries is a plus

Soft Skills

• Exceptional presentation/storytelling abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
• Strategic mindset to balance innovation with practicality
• Certifications (Preferred)
• TOGAF, Zachman ITIL, CISSP, AWS/Azure/GCP certifications, or equivalent

We are looking for individuals who:

• Work across architectural domains; Business, Application, Data and Technology
• Have experience working on complex digital transformation programmes; working and present across different levels of architecture abstraction; and working with multi-disciplinary teams
• Have proven stakeholder management and communication skills, leveraged to influence and persuade on key architectural decisions
• Have experience designing Cloud / Data Platforms, AI solutions and use cases, including Gen AI; and are inquisitive and keen to explore areas of emerging technologies
• Supported the creation of Enterprise Architecture blueprints, demonstrating the e2e technology landscape including applications, integrations, data and networks
• Conducted end-to-end vendor assessments across technology, vendor and or data platforms
• Worked on RFP / Bid responses for global customer across multi technology solutions
• Can drive technology strategy for customer solutions and bid responses
• Worked between the business and technology client & 3rd-party stakeholders to effectivity formulate communicate and conclude key architectural decisions

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Experience: 10+ years in enterprise architecture, with 5+ years in customer-facing roles
• Certifications within the appropriate technology domains
